Google Causes Financial Loss By Not Updating The Business Phone

There was a business account opened without requesting any information or documents from our business or our official representative. Moreover, the individual who opened the business account used their personal phone number for the Google business account registration. Although they transferred the account to us, Google automatically rejects our request to change the phone number within 3 minutes without conducting any investigation or inquiry. Google, which publishes business information without verifying the official details, does not properly assess applications submitted to update accurate information.
