Google Account Recovery Stuck in Two-Step Verification Loop

I have been using my Google account for years on the same device without any issues. Around 06/2025, I was suddenly logged out of my account for no reason, and since then I have not been able to log back in. When I try to sign in, the process gets stuck at two‑step verification. A recovery e‑mail address appears on the screen, but this is not an address I added myself. It is actually the same e‑mail address I am trying to recover, which creates a loop and prevents me from accessing my account. In some attempts Google even treats my device as if I were a bot, even though I have been using this same device with the account for years. Inside this Google account there are important payment subscriptions, game purchases, my home address information and Family settings. I tried to solve the problem many times through social media and via the Google One page and account recovery steps, but I have not received any effective support and I still cannot regain access to my account. I request that my identity and device be securely verified by your support team, that the wrong or unauthorized recovery e‑mail in two‑step verification be removed or corrected, and that my Google account be restored so I can safely access my payments, subscriptions and personal information again.
