Google Account Hacked - Request Urgent Security Action

I am writing to report that my Google/Android account linked with UID 13229021*** appears to have been hacked and misused for about 1 month. I actually like using Google services and want to continue using them safely, but because of this hacking issue I am very worried about the security of my account and personal data. I have tried to recover and secure the account using Google’s recovery options, but these methods are not working and I still cannot properly control or secure the account. I feel that there are many hacking attempts on my account and I am afraid that an unknown person may continue to use my information without my permission. I request that my Google/Android account linked to UID be urgently blocked to prevent any further misuse. If possible, I also request guidance on any additional steps I should take to protect my personal information and to use Google services securely again.
