Free Fire Account Stolen in Fiji and Still Not Recovered

I am writing about a problem with my Free Fire account that is linked to my Google account. I am playing from Fiji, and in June 2026 my account was stolen. I suddenly lost access and realized that somebody else had taken over the account. Since then I have not been able to use it. I contacted Free Fire/Garena support about this stolen account, but they responded by saying there is no account, even though I have been using this account before and I remember my in‑game details. This situation makes me feel that they only care about money and are not taking my issue seriously. I would like my stolen Free Fire account to be found and recovered, and for my access to be restored, along with any purchases or progress that may have been affected. I request that my case be checked carefully and that my account be returned to me as soon as possible.
