TLS Tunnel Update Breaks Config File and Kills Connections

June 25 9:26 PM

I've been using the TLS Tunnel app on my Android device for a long time, but after the latest update I started experiencing a serious connection problem. I had been using my own configuration file without any issues for about five years — but today, around 4:30 PM, after updating the app, it stopped connecting to any country at all. The app is now rejecting my configuration file, and I can't establish a connection despite having an active monthly subscription.
I never had any issues with this configuration or subscription before — the problem appeared exclusively after this most recent update. I didn't change any settings whatsoever; I simply installed the update, and from that point on I can neither connect nor use my own configuration file.
I am demanding that this post-update bug be fixed immediately, that my configuration files work properly again, and that I am able to connect to countries normally using my monthly subscription. If necessary, I also request to be contacted directly via the email address associated with my account.
