While trading on the Gate.io exchange, I learned today via an email that the coin Bosagora (BOA), which I was holding in my spot account, had been delisted. Because I was not notified in a timely manner before the delisting, I am now unable to transfer the asset to another exchange or use my funds. If I had received the delisting notice in advance, I would have withdrawn the coin or converted it to another asset or to USDT.
I am holding approximately 21,324.52 BOA, which is worth around 158 USDT. At the moment, this amount is effectively locked in my account, and I cannot find a direct customer support channel on the platform to resolve this issue.
I am requesting that Gate.io convert my BOA balance to USDT at the current market rate, or otherwise refund my funds in a way that resolves my loss. The email address associated with my account is *@hotmail.com. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
