Lost My FF Account

I have been unable to access my Free Fire account for about four years now on my Android device, and I do not know the exact reason why the account was lost or disabled. My in‑game nickname was “ADI GAMER” and my UID is 843044928. This account was my main profile and I had progressed it over a long period. As shown in the attached screenshot from Free Fire, the account is at level 53 and it was actively used before I lost access. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be recovered and access restored to me, or that you provide a clear explanation if this is not possible. I would like your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
