Garena Free Fire Dynamic Duo Points Stuck After First Level

My friend and I are in the Dynamic Duo in Garena Free Fire. After completing the first level, our points got stuck and aren’t increasing anymore. This issue isn’t just happening to me, but to many other players as well. I really enjoy playing the game, but I would appreciate it if this problem could be fixed.
