Frustration with Cheaters in Free Fire

I've been playing Free Fire for 7 years without using cheats or hacks, but I keep seeing players who do use hacks getting away with it. There's a player with ID:2284557191 who's been using aimbot and other cheats for two years, and somehow, he still hasn't been banned. This totally messes things up for players like me who just want to enjoy the game fairly. It’s really annoying to watch cheaters get away with things while we’re just trying to play by the rules. It's really frustrating how many cheaters are in the game; it just ruins the chance to have a fair and fun experience. Can you look into this player and others who are using unfair methods? Thanks!
