Free Fire Account Under Investigation Blocks Team Mode for Over a Month


I have been playing Free Fire on my Android phone and for over a month I have been unable to join a team because I get an error saying that my team is under suspicious investigation. Since this message appeared, I have completely lost access to team mode and cannot play with others as before. My account is currently under investigation and, because of this, I am not even able to create a support ticket through the usual channels. I have invested a very large amount of money in this account over time, including many top‑ups and in‑game purchases, and I am extremely worried about losing access to what I have paid for. I am requesting that you urgently review my case, lift the investigation on my account if there is no clear evidence of wrongdoing, and restore my full access to team mode. If there is any specific reason for this investigation, I also expect a clear explanation and guidance on what I need to do to resolve it, as I currently have no way to contact support from inside the game.
