Freecash Account Frozen When Withdrawing Winnings

My Freecash account was frozen when I tried to withdraw my winnings. I had to create a new account, and the same thing happened again. More than €200 and hours lost for nothing, and I can’t even access my account anymore to try to unblock it. The process is poorly explained as well.
