I Am Asking Garena Support to Restore My Free Fire Account and In-Game Items

My Free Fire account on the India server has been permanently suspended and I believe this is a mistake. When I try to log in, I see the message “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended” and it shows the status as “Permanent”. My UID is 4176362755 and my in‑game name is “shoheb___&ff”. I have been unable to access my account for about one year. I only played on someone else’s device, and I have never used any hacks, cheats, mod applications, scripts, or any unfair tools. My account is clean and I have always tried to follow the game rules and the Terms of Service. I kindly request that my account be carefully checked again and the ban be removed if possible. If there is any misunderstanding or suspicious activity, please investigate it in detail, secure my account, and restore my access, along with all my items and progress.
