Free Fire Max Ban - Unknowing Hack Use by Friend

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in unbanning my Free Fire Max account. I’ve invested a tremendous amount of effort and time into my progress, and losing access to it has made me feel utterly helpless. I might not have a lot of formal education, but I've shared this with complete sincerity, hoping that someone will relate to my circumstances. My account got banned because my friend accidentally used a hack on it without me knowing. I never meant to violate any rules, and I couldn't influence the outcome of events. This account holds significant value for me, not only due to the gameplay experience but also because of the time and effort I've put into it. I’m requesting just one opportunity to retrieve it.
