You’ll learn more effectively by pausing less and avoiding the habit of clicking every word, since that breaks comprehension and flow. Instead, note only unfamiliar but important words and review them after finishing the video.

It also helps to rewatch the same video multiple times on different days, because repetition builds understanding naturally without confusion.

If needed, choose slightly easier content first, as jumping into advanced videos too early often makes FluentU feel harder than it actually is.
