My Facebook Account Was Hacked and I Need It Restored

My Facebook account, which I was using on my Oppo F17 Android phone, was hacked and I have completely lost access. I had previously given the account to my brother to use and after that my access was taken over by someone else. Currently I do not have access to the Gmail address or the password linked to my Facebook account, so I cannot log in, reset the password or secure the account in any way. I tried Facebook’s account recovery processes many times, but they did not work and I couldn't regain control of my account. I request that my identity be verified through the necessary security checks and that full access to my Facebook account be restored to me, and that any unauthorized changes made by third parties be reversed.
