My Facebook account has been locked since March 3, 2025, and I am unable to access it. The email address linked to my account is an old email that I no longer use and cannot access, so I am unable to receive any verification codes or account recovery emails. I want to update my account with a new email address that I currently use, but because the account is locked and the old email is inactive, I am stuck and cannot complete the process. This situation is preventing me from accessing my account and my personal information. I respectfully request that my Facebook account be unlocked and that the login email be changed from the old, inaccessible email address to my new active email address so that I can securely regain access to my account and continue using Facebook.
