I am writing about my personal Facebook account, which has been banned several times without me understanding the reason. The account is registered with the phone number 0776403***. For about four months I have not been able to access my account and I keep receiving messages that it violates community guidelines, but I do not know which rule I supposedly violated. During these four months I tried to contact you and follow the instructions shown in the warnings, but I did not receive any response or clear explanation about the reason for the suspension or how to restore my account.
