Facebook Account Hacked and Recovery Options Changed by Hacker

About four months ago, my Facebook account was hacked and since then I have not been able to log in. The hacker appears to have changed the login and verification settings on the account, so all the normal recovery options are no longer available to me. I tried to recover the account using Facebook’s recovery tools, including the usual methods, but all recovery sources and verification methods seem to have been changed by the hacker. I used to log in to this account from my own device in Tanahu only, and I have not given anyone else permission to access it. I am requesting that Facebook help me regain access to my account and reset the verification and recovery options that were changed without my consent. I also want my account to be secured so that it cannot be misused in the future.
