I Am Demanding Immediate $30 Refund From Eye-kid.App After Card Fraud

Without my knowledge or authorization, a payment of $30 (1,028 TL) was debited from my Troy card through an unfamiliar transaction initiated by a company named Eye-kid.App. This transaction occurred approximately 2 to 3 hours ago, and I gave absolutely no approval for any membership, subscription, or purchase.

Due to this unauthorized transaction, I am deeply concerned about the security of my card and suspect that an unapproved subscription has been initiated without my consent. I demand the immediate cancellation of any transaction or subscription initiated through Eye-kid.App and demand a full refund of the $30 (1,028 TL) drawn from my card.

I demand an urgent investigation into this transaction executed without my knowledge or approval, that security controls be implemented on my card to prevent similar unauthorized deductions, and that I be formally notified in writing regarding the status of my refund process.
