Eye Kid App Executed Fraudulent Nighttime Debit Card Transaction Without Consent

Despite having no connection whatsoever to the Eye Kid application, I noticed while checking my account transactions that an unauthorized payment of $30 was debited from my debit card last night at 12:21 AM. I have never downloaded or used this application, nor have I ever initiated any membership or subscription with them.

Following this unauthorized transaction, I immediately canceled my debit card for security reasons. Nevertheless, having this unapproved expense processed from my card has subjected me to both financial and security grievances.

I demand an urgent investigation into this unauthorized collection processed through the Eye Kid application and request a full refund of the $30 drawn from my card as soon as possible.
