Electronic Arts Charged My Credit Card $103 Without Authorization

On September 15, 2026, at approximately 4:18:26 PM, I learned via SMS that a charge of approximately $103 had been made to my credit card ending in 0168, with the merchant listed as “EA *Electronic Arts.” I was not provided with any confirmation screen, notification, or accessible information regarding this transaction, so I have no way of seeing what the charge was based on.

I do not believe I have an account associated with Electronic Arts or Origin, and I have no information about which membership or game this charge was for. This transaction was not made by me, or at the very least, it occurred without my knowledge or authorization.

I attempted to notify my bank that this charge was unauthorized and dispute the transaction, but I have not been able to initiate the dispute process at this time. Therefore, I also want this issue to be formally recorded with Electronic Arts and investigated.

I request that the approximately $103 charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization be investigated, treated as an unauthorized transaction, and refunded to me. I also request that all available records related to this transaction, including the IP address, device information, associated account, and other relevant details, be reviewed and that I be provided with a written explanation of the findings.
