Can’t Access Old Google Play Purchases After Moving to New Device
I recently purchased a General Mobile 20 Pro smartphone and have been trying to add my Google account (p************@gmail.com**) from my old Huawei Mate 20, but I’m experiencing issues. My old phone is completely broken and I can’t access it in any way. Even though I entered my email and password correctly on the new device, none of my old data or purchased Google Play content appears. When I log in, it looks as if a new, empty account has been created.
My phone number and recovery email are both linked to the account, and my login credentials are correct. However, because I can’t access my old device, I’ve lost access to previous data and paid content. All my Google Play payments were made using a Denizbank debit card, though I no longer have the payment receipts.
I would like to restore access to all my old Google Play purchases and data associated with my original account on my new device. I request technical assistance from Google to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
