DeWalt Refused Warranty Repair on Drill Used Normally

The DeWalt D25143K drill that I purchased 11 months ago through Hepsiburada has malfunctioned, even though it is intended for professional use and has actually been used much less than my other drills.
I have the warranty certificate and invoice for the product. The drill has been defective for about one month, and today I delivered it to Birkan Teknik Çorlu, an authorized service center. The service center stated that the barrel threads were broken due to usage, claimed that the issue was outside the scope of the warranty, and demanded a repair fee of $112 (including tax). However, I purchased this product to be used—not to sit unused—and I do not accept being told that a product with a 2-year warranty is excluded from warranty simply because it was used.
When I contacted DeWalt customer service, I was only directed back to the authorized service center. I was not provided with any written report or documentation from the service; the situation was communicated to me only by phone. I have not made any payment yet, and I was told that the repair would only be carried out if I paid the requested amount. I have never experienced such an issue with other brands, and I chose DeWalt specifically because I trusted the brand.
I am requesting that my product be repaired free of charge under warranty. Otherwise, I would like to clearly state that we will no longer choose DeWalt products as a company, and we will also share this negative experience with other companies in our network.
