I've been a loyal Critical Ops player for over 3 years, but the recent performance issues are ruining the experience. My phone supports 120Hz and is optimized to avoid overheating. Despite this, every time I start my first ranked match—even when my device is completely cool—the refresh rate drops from 120Hz to 60Hz. This makes the gameplay laggy and frustrating. My internet connection is stable, so that's not the cause. I've never experienced such a problem before any recent update. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. I’m asking the developers to take this seriously and fix the refresh rate drop before more loyal players give up on the game.
