Critical Ops FPS Drop After Xiaomi Update—Game Stuck at 60 FPS

After updating my Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus to HyperOS 2.0.6.0, my Critical Ops FPS dropped drastically. Before the update, I was getting a stable 120 FPS, but now, no matter how many times I adjust the settings, the game automatically locks at 60 FPS.
I even reset the battery and performance settings, but the issue persists. Additionally, some features that were promised in the update never appeared, like the magazines section on the lock screen. I even factory reset my phone, yet nothing changed.
Xiaomi, I need a fix for this performance drop! I expect a solution or an update that restores the FPS settings so I can play the game smoothly again.
