Unable to Activate Gold Ticket in Clash of Clans

I have a gold ticket in my Clash of Clans account, but I'm having trouble activating it. After clicking on it and selecting 'Activate,' there is no response and no error message is displayed. I've been attempting to seek assistance from the support team for quite some time now, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. I also sent an email report, but I haven't received a response.

Could someone lend a hand with this problem?
