Chatroulette Banned Me for Other People’s Actions

I honestly find it strange as I have been wrongly banned several times on Chatroulette. The first time I was simply speaking casually when a stranger drew out a knife on camera. I skipped right away, but the next I knew I was banned for "violent activity." How is that my error? Then I spent over an hour in normal discussion with someone on my phone. The guy flashed me out of nowhere; I skipped right away and boom—I was banned once more. It seems as though you get punished too if someone does something wrong while you are on the TV. Their system of artificial intelligence regulation is totally malfunction. I heard somewhere that they track consumers using artificial intelligence, but how can an algorithm identify who is really acting in violation? It is absurd and unfair.
