Chamet To Metwallet Issues

I use the Chamet application and I withdraw my earnings through MetWallet, which is connected to Aripay with the email address ndubuisirose***[email protected]. I currently have 18 USD of earnings in Chamet that I cannot withdraw. For the last 2 days, whenever I try to withdraw my earnings via MetWallet as the official withdrawal platform, I cannot complete the process successfully. My MetWallet/Aripay wallet shows 0.00 USD and no data, although I have 18 USD in Chamet, and I face login and verification problems such as password error and SMS verification screens, so I cannot access or use my balance properly. I only want to successfully withdraw my 18 USD earnings from the Chamet app to my MetWallet/Aripay wallet without any further delay, and I also request clear help and guidance on how I can log in to my MetWallet/Aripay account successfully.
