CarX Street In-Game Purchase Missing After Payment

I purchased a car in CarX Street for approximately $12 USD, but the car never appeared, and I have no idea where it went. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. As soon as I bought the car, it seemed to disappear.

How can I receive the car I purchased? Is there a solution to this problem? If so, please let me know as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved, I request a refund of the money I paid. I would appreciate your help.
