I Am Not Getting My CarX Street ID Confirm Code
I am not getting my CarX Street ID confirm code after trying multiple times. For the last 2 to 3 months, I have been unable to log into my CarX Street mobile account using my iCloud email because I do not receive any login codes. I have tried to request the login code almost 15 to 17 times, but the email with the code has never arrived even once, so I cannot access my account and my game progress. I kindly request your support to help me access my CarX Street mobile account linked to my iCloud email and to resolve this login code problem so that I can use my account normally again.
Progress
I have been unable to log into my CarX Street mobile account on my iPhone for about the last 2–3 months. My account is linked to my iCloud email address, and during this entire period I have not been receiving any login codes from CarX Street, so I cannot access my account or my saved game progress.
I have tried to request the login code approximately 15–17 times, but the email with the code has never arrived even once. Because of this, I am completely locked out of my account and unable to use the game as before.
I have already contacted CarX Street support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request your urgent support to fix the login code problem for my iCloud-linked account and to restore my access to my CarX Street mobile account and game progress so that I can use my account normally again.
