The CapCut application reports no internet connection, although the network is working. How do I fix this?

To fix the link, first restart your device and router.

Then, make sure CapCut has the right permissions. To do this on iOS or Android, go to Settings > Apps > CapCut > Permissions and let it connect to the network.

It might also help to identify the problem by switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Network failures can be caused by data that is cached. On Android, go to your phone's settings and clear the app's cache. On iOS, remove and reinstall the app.

Make sure that the date and time on your device are set to automatic. If they are not, they could mess up your network login.
