You can restore documents in CamScanner only if cloud sync was enabled.
Sign in to your account — use the same email, Google account, or Apple ID you previously used with CamScanner.
Check the cloud storage:
Open the app → My Documents → Cloud
If synchronization was enabled, your scans should download automatically.
If the cloud feature was not used, the documents were stored only in the phone’s local memory and were deleted along with the app.

Attempt file recovery using data recovery tools
