Bosch Fails to Fulfill Order for Dough Mixers

I am very upset about my recent experience with Bosch, where I bought three dough mixers. Since I placed my order a month ago, I've only gotten one of the three units. Every time I call their customer service, they make excuses and send me in circles, suggesting that they might have sold the other two units. This is not acceptable, and I want the rest of the items right away, along with an honest apology. If my problem isn't fixed quickly, I will have no choice but to go to court. I never thought I would have such a problem with a company like Bosch. It really makes me sad. Please send my things as soon as you can. If the problem gets fixed, I'll tell you about it here.
