BlaBlaCar App Does Not Show My Published Rides or Bookings

Dear BlaBlaCar, I am experiencing an issue with your application. I cannot see my published rides, and my passengers are also unable to view them. Additionally, I cannot see who has booked my rides. Your application has been very helpful in reducing my travel costs, so I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue.
