Binomo’s app keeps crashing during trades — how can I fix that?

Start by getting the latest version of the Binomo app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Older versions often cause trades to crash while they are still going on.

If the app is up to date, you can fix any broken data or settings by clearing its cache (Android) or reinstalling it.

If your internet link drops often or switches between Wi-Fi and mobile data, the app could stop working in the middle of a trade.

Turn off any VPNs or battery-saving modes that could affect real-time performance. 

If real-time performance is being hampered by VPNs or battery-saving modes, turn them off. 

If the problem persists, use the desktop browser version at binomo.com while giving their support team specific information about your device and OS.
