Binance Account Closure Error - Web3 Wallet Prevents Deletion

I am writing regarding my Binance account, which I no longer use and want to permanently close along with all my personal data. When I attempt to close my account, the system does not allow it and shows an error stating that there is an active Web3 wallet, so the closure cannot be completed. Because of this Web3 wallet issue, I have not been able to delete my account myself. I contacted Binance customer support, but I could not clearly understand what I am supposed to do and I did not receive clear, step‑by‑step guidance that would allow me to solve the problem. I am not able to perform any additional technical actions on my side and I request that the team handle the necessary steps directly. My clear request is that Binance closes or deactivates the relevant Web3 wallet if necessary, and then permanently closes my Binance account and deletes all my personal data from their systems. I kindly ask for this process to be completed fully by Binance on my behalf as soon as possible and to be informed in a clear way once it is done.
