BetterMe Logged Me Out Automatically, Can't Access My Account. Please Help!

I am writing regarding an issue with my BetterMe app subscription purchased through the Apple App Store in Mexico. I have an active annual membership, which I purchased on 2 January 2026, and have been using the app without any problems. However, I was suddenly logged out of the app, and now I am unable to access my account. During the purchase process, I was never asked to enter an email address or create a login; I simply opened the app and purchased the annual membership through the Apple App Store. Because of this, I do not know which credentials I am supposed to use, and I cannot log back into my existing account even though the subscription is active on my Apple account. I have already sent an email about this issue, but I have not received any response yet. I kindly request your assistance to restore access to my existing BetterMe account that is linked to my active annual subscription, so I can continue using the service I have already paid for.
