Rust Problems and Noisy Operation with Beko Dryers
I'm having some problems with my Beko dryer - it has rust spots on the surface and is making a lot of noise. Even though they need new parts, the service hasn't gotten them for a month and a half. Since they couldn't finish the repair on time, I asked for a new unit, but Beko's customer service hasn't been helpful. It feels like they just keep track of my complaints without actually providing any solutions, so I'm always left waiting. The customer service after making a purchase from this brand has declined. Consider carefully before investing in Beko appliances; it's not the same as it used to be.
