BDG Win Account Locked and $1,456 Balance Unavailable

I use the BDG Win platform on my Android device and my account was suddenly locked with the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” on 19.09.2026. When my account was locked, there was approximately 50,000 balance in it and I could not access my money or my account in any way. After the account was locked, I contacted BDG Win customer service, but despite this, my account is still closed and I have not been allowed to use my balance. My access to both my account and my money has been restricted without any clear explanation. I request that my BDG Win account be urgently unlocked and that my entire balance of 50,000 be paid to me without any deduction. I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible and my mağduriyet to be eliminated.
