BGMI Long-Term Ban Applied Without Evidence of Cheating

I am a Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player on Android and my in‑game account with ID 5511915846 has been banned until 18/09/2036. When I try to log in, I see a warning screen stating that my account has been banned for violating regulations. Just before the ban, I was playing ranked matches on the Livik map and participating in promotion matches. I have never intentionally used any cheats, hacks, third‑party software or other unfair tools in the game, and I always try to play fairly and within the rules. I believe this long‑term ban has been applied to my account by mistake. I kindly request that you review all logs and activities related to my account in detail and remove this unjustified ban. I would like my account to be unbanned so that I can continue playing BGMI fairly and normally.
