BGMI Account Banned Until 2036 for Alleged Rule Violation

I am a BGMI player on Android and my in‑game account with ID 55627511499 has been banned until 02/10/2036. When I try to log in, I see a warning screen saying that my account will be banned for violating regulations. Just before the ban I was playing ranked matches on the Livik map and participating in promotion matches. I have never intentionally used any cheats, hacks, third‑party software or other unfair tools in the game. I believe this ban was applied to my account by mistake. I kindly request that you review all the logs and activities on my account in detail and remove this long‑term ban. I would like my account to be unbanned so that I can continue playing BGMI fairly and normally.
