BGMI Account Ban Appeal

I am contacting you regarding the ban imposed on my BGMI account with IGN ・SteveePlayZZ and UID 55783157348, which I access on an Android device. When I try to log in, a “Notice” screen appears stating that my account has violated the rules and is banned until 2036/10/05 12:25:36, with “Appeal” and “Details” options shown on the screen. I have been playing on this account for about ten years and I always try to follow the game rules carefully. To the best of my knowledge, I have never used any unauthorized third‑party software, cheats, exploits, glitches, modifications or tools that would violate BGMI’s rules or give me an unfair advantage. Because of this, I believe that my account may have been incorrectly flagged by the AI‑based anti‑cheat system. I kindly request a detailed manual review of my account, including my gameplay history and security records, instead of relying only on automated detection. If, after this review, no actual rule violation is found, I respectfully request that the ban on my account be lifted and my access restored as soon as possible. I would also appreciate being informed of any specific reason or evidence, if BGMI believes a violation really occurred, so that I can understand and avoid any similar issue in the future.
