Badoo Premium Membership Fails to Deliver Matches—Users Seem Like Bots
Despite subscribing to Badoo Premium on a weekly basis, I’ve had an extremely poor experience. Even with constant swiping and engaging, I’ve only managed to get 1 or 2 matches, and those profiles were either inappropriate or completely uninteresting.
It feels as though many of the users on the platform are bots, as interactions are minimal and seem fake. This makes the premium subscription feel like a waste of money. Badoo, I expect better quality and a more genuine user experience from a paid service. Please address the issue of bots and improve the matchmaking system to provide real value to your premium members. Customers deserve a platform that works as promised.
