Begin by validating your profile using the app's photo verification tool.

This method entails imitating a precise position and submitting a selfie, which earns you a blue tick that indicates authenticity.

You can also filter your search to show only verified profiles by clicking the filter button in the upper right corner of the "People Nearby" page, then scrolling to "Advanced filters," selecting "Photo verified only," and applying the settings.​
