AVG Charged After Trial Cancellation, Requesting Immediate Refund

Despite canceling the trial version of AVG Antivirus, ₺150 was withdrawn from my account without my permission. I strongly advise against downloading this program or providing your card details. Customer service is virtually non-existent, and there is no way to reach anyone for assistance. I am urgently requesting a refund for this unauthorized charge. My order number is: 143880863800. AVG needs to address this issue and refund my money immediately.
