My Asda rewards seem to be missing from my account, how can I resolve it?

To chat live, head over to the Asda Rewards app or the Asda website. There, you can find the option to talk to a customer service rep about your missing rewards.

To get help, just call Asda's customer service at 0800 952 0101 and tell them what's going on with your Asda Rewards.

If you’d rather use email, just reach out to [email protected] with your account info and a quick note about the rewards you’re missing. Please add any receipts or transactions where rewards were supposed to be applied.
