I've been happy with my Amazfit's heart rate tracking, but recently I've seen some weird jumps and dips in my readings during exercise. What might be wrong?

Several factors can affect the accuracy of Amazfit watches' heart rate monitors:

• One common issue is that the watch does not fit properly on the wrist during exercise. A snug yet comfortable fit is critical for maintaining proper contact between the sensor and the skin, which is required for accurate readings.

• Excessive movement, especially during activities such as jumping jacks or weightlifting, can also impair sensor accuracy. This issue can be mitigated by minimizing erratic wrist movements and maintaining a consistent wear position.

• Sweat accumulation during workouts can also interfere with the sensor. See if there isn’t anything intervening.
