888Starz Withdrawal Approved but Not Received

Absolutely terrible experience. 888Starz is one of the most frustrating platforms I have ever used. Withdrawing my own money has turned into a complete nightmare, and their customer support is completely useless. All they keep saying is “wait”, without giving me any real solution, clear information, or responsibility for what is happening. On 29.09.2026 I requested a withdrawal of 5,277,000 UZS to my card. In the application this withdrawal is shown as approved, yet no money has ever arrived in my account. Days have passed, the status is still “approved”, but my balance on the card is unchanged. For me this looks like my money is simply being held and I am not being given any serious explanation. Every time I contact support, I get the same robotic answer to just wait, with no proper investigation, no time frame, and no proof of any real action. I feel completely ignored, disrespected, and disappointed. I strongly regret using this platform and I would never recommend it to anyone. I demand that my approved withdrawal of 5,277,000 UZS be paid to my card immediately, and that I receive a clear, detailed written explanation for this unacceptable delay and the unhelpful attitude of your support.
