Yalla Ludo Player Abusing Family With Voice Chat Despite Reports

I am a Yalla Ludo user and I want to complain about a player who is constantly abusing me and my family using bad voice chat in the family room. The player’s profile name is “MR GUJ***” and the game ID is 15448707***. Whenever we join the room, he uses very bad and abusive voice towards us. We reported this behaviour to Yalla Ludo through the in‑game report system, but his account was not banned and the abusive behaviour is still continuing. This makes us very uncomfortable and we do not feel safe using the application. I request that this player’s account be urgently reviewed, that effective action such as a ban or mute be taken, and that better protection be provided for users and families against such abusive voice behaviour in Yalla Ludo.
