If Yalla Ludo is stuck on the loading screen after an update and you can’t access your account;
• Check the app store to confirm Yalla Ludo is updated to the latest version
• Restart your phone and reopen the app

Clear app data safely;
• Go to Settings → Apps → Yalla Ludo
• Clear cache first (do not clear data yet)
• Reopen the app and test again
Check server and account status;

• Try logging in at a different time if servers are overloaded
• If you linked your account (Facebook, Google, phone), make sure that service is working
